Set on the ground floor of a recently completed family villa (October 2011), the apartment provides a fantastic base for any stay in this part of the Rhone Valley. Inside, the apartment benefits from its own private entrance and hallway with dedicated storage for coats and a boot warmer. The apartment has a fully fitted bathroom including shower and bath and a separate bunk room with ample room for two adults. The main studio style room has a double bedroom space to the rear and a compact kitchen (including a fridge & oven) to the front, as well as a comfortable lounge/dining area.  The main feature at the front of the apartment is the full length patio doors, which lead out onto a private south facing terrace. From the terrace you cannot help but be impressed by the breath taking and uninterrupted 180 degree view of the Rhone valley stretching from Sierre in the east to Martigny in the west. The view also includes the numerous ski resorts of Vercorin, Nax, Veysonnaz and Nendaz and a clear view directly up the Val D’Herens towards the high Alps around Arolla and Evolene. The view over Sion, the capital of Vallais, with its medieval castle and monastery which overlook the sluggish Rhone as it feeds the fertile valley plain is also one not to be missed. – Truly a Swiss Vista!
